Rapid Prototyping

Once a customer has approved the performance of the Revcor prototype, the model is electronically detailed and designed for high volume production. Revcor can supply rapid prototypes within 24-48 hours of the completion of the electronic geometry. This is accomplished via Revcor's own 3 axis prototyping milling center which can produce the prototype in the same material as the production component. The entire process from initial prototype to production off of hard tooling could be as short as 4-5.
