About Revcor
Revolutionary Airflow begins with a company united in our customer-centric focus.
Revcor was founded in 1946 by John Reichwein Sr. and Joseph Kochevar to advance the industrial blower market. Through hard work and long hours, they created the world’s first tab-lock blower wheels and set a new standard for performance and reliability.
Since then, Revcor has developed trusted airflow components for HVAC systems, refrigeration units, home appliances, commercial equipment and more.
Today, Revcor is a full-service airflow solutions partner. We design, test, and manufacture complete fan assemblies that help OEMs achieve competitive advantages.

John H. Reichwein
President & CEO
“I’m living the dream by leading an exceptional team as we build the next generation of Revcor. Our vision is to transform airflow from a component decision into a system-level advantage for our customers, while continuing the family legacy of innovation, continuous improvement, and the development of future leaders. I’m especially proud to have the opportunity to mentor my daughter, Brittany, as we prepare for Revcor’s third generation of family leadership.”
As Revcor’s second-generation leader, John Reichwein has dedicated his career to building the company his father founded into an industry leader in custom-engineered impellers and airflow components. He became President in 1984 and assumed the role of CEO in 1999.
Throughout his tenure, John has championed strategic planning, business development, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and organizational development. His leadership philosophy centers on establishing a clear vision, empowering talented associates, and fostering a culture of accountability to achieve results.
Today, John is leading Revcor’s next evolution by expanding the company’s focus from supplying high-quality impellers to helping OEM customers optimize airflow performance at the system level.
Looking ahead, John remains committed to strengthening Revcor’s competitive position, developing its next generation of leaders, and ensuring the company’s continued success as a family-owned business.
