As President & CEO of Revcor, John provides the leadership, resources, and accountability to run the business successfully. In his role, John sets the strategic direction for Revcor’s Leadership Team and holds them accountable to achieve results. Following in his founding father’s footsteps, John devoted his entire career to Revcor. As the second-generation leader, John became President in 1984, and assumed the role of CEO in 1999. During his tenure, John was responsible for Revcor’s strategic planning, business development, process improvement, performance management and organization development. John’s succession plan is now firmly in place to transition Revcor’s leadership into the third generation of the Reichwein family.
