Miguel Hernandez

After a progressive career of more than two decades in HR, in both the US and Mexico, Miguel found a home within the Revcor family back in 2020. As the Vice- President of Human Resources, Miguel leads Revcor’s efforts on Recruiting & Hiring, Training & Organizational Development, Employee Benefits Management, and Labor Relations processes. Miguel was born in Mexico, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from Tecnologico de Nuevo Laredo and his MBA from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas. After working for a few International companies all throughout the Mexican territory, he eventually moved to the US, establishing himself first in Texas and eventually moving to his current residence in Illinois. With his accomplishments in his field gaining him the recognition of a specialist in Human Resources management for USA, Mexico, and offshore operations with International companies, Miguel is fully invested in supporting Revcor to achieve the next level of success and excellence.
